Build Leadership from Anywhere: Why SMSTS Online Courses Are a Game-Changer

Construction site safety is a non-negotiable responsibility—and for site managers, staying compliant with CITB regulations is critical. But with busy schedules and multiple jobsite demands, attending classroom-based training isn't always feasible. That’s where SMSTS online courses come in.

With Target Zero Training, you can now complete your CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course remotely, without compromising on quality, compliance, or credibility.

What is SMSTS Online?

The SMSTS online course is the fully remote version of the industry-leading, CITB-accredited SMSTS training. Delivered via live Zoom sessions, this format offers the same five-day content as the classroom version—just from the comfort of your home or office.

You’ll learn how to:

• Comply with UK safety legislation on construction sites
• Conduct site inductions, risk assessments, and daily safety monitoring
• Communicate effectively with teams using toolbox talks
• Lead on-site with confidence and legal awareness

Upon successful completion, you'll receive a CITB certificate valid for five years.

Key Benefits of SMSTS Online Training
