For experienced construction professionals aiming to progress into senior roles, a Management NVQ offers a powerful, work-based route to leadership. Unlike traditional qualifications, the Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management allows you to earn a highly respected certification while working on site – no exams, no classrooms, and no disruption to your day-to-day responsibilities.
What is a Management NVQ?
A Management NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) is a practical, competency-based qualification that recognises your skills and experience in a management role. Instead of theoretical learning, you’re assessed based on real tasks and evidence from your current job. This makes it ideal for professionals already managing teams, projects, or operations.

It demonstrates your capability to manage complex construction projects, control budgets, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
