At Target Zero Training, we deliver CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) courses across the UK, helping site managers take control of safety, legal compliance, and leadership on site.

What Is an SMSTS Course?

The SMSTS course is a 5-day intensive programme designed for site managers, supervisors, and project leads. It covers everything you need to effectively manage health and safety on a construction site in line with UK legislation.

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand and implement the Health and Safety at Work Act
• Conduct risk assessments and produce method statements
• Manage site activities safely and legally
• Prepare for emergencies and handle accidents
• Comply with CDM regulations, asbestos procedures, and environmental policies
