What Is SMSTS Training?
SMSTS stands for Site Management Safety Training Scheme. It is a five day course developed by CITB for anyone who manages or oversees construction projects. It covers everything from legal responsibilities and risk assessments to best practice in health and safety.
On completion, you will receive a recognised SMSTS certificate valid for five years. This proves your competence to manage health and safety on site and is often a requirement for major contractors.
